New Sky Collective is an independent artist management, booking, and live event company founded by Matthew Layne. Built as a one-person operation, the company exists to help artists grow sustainable careers while creating unforgettable live music experiences.
With more than 10 years in the music industry, Matthew has worked alongside emerging artists and industry professionals across Canada and beyond. He first made his mark through his early development work with JUNO Award-winner Crown Lands (2016–2018), before going on to build relationships with professionals connected to Sony Music, Warner Music Canada, Universal Music Canada, Entertainment One, Paquin Artists Agency, Feldman Agency, and more.
Today, New Sky Collective works across artist management, booking, consulting, and live event presentation, driven by one simple belief: great artists deserve great opportunities. Whether it's developing careers, booking tours, or producing events like Summer Noise Fest and DEERFEST, the goal is always the same, to help artists take the next step.
